Conveyance maps are prepared in order that the client (or assigns) may be registered as the owner of the property. We work with various Legal Practices in carrying out property surveys and preparing Land Registry maps for land transfer, right’s of way and other easements.

Certificate of Compliance
A Certificate of Compliance with Planning Permission and Building Regulations is required for the conveyance of a property. It forms part of the title documents of the property.
Finegan Jackson can inspect the documents submitted for Planning Permission, Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate. Following this, an inspection of the development is carried out in order to compare the constructed building with the initial proposals submitted to the Planning Authority and Building Control. Assuming all is in order a Certificate of Compliance can then be issued.
Prior to the purchase of a property, Finegan Jackson can undertake a full planning history search for that property. We can then advise you regarding planning compliance, enforcement notices, purchase orders or future road widening notices that have been served on that property.
